Job Opportunity: Sales Manager - Bakery Equipment

Location: Multiple U.S. Locations - AZ, MN, TX, CA, UT, MO

Relocation Package: Full

Must-Haves:

  • Bachelor's degree and four or more years related experience.
  • Knowledge in traditional and automated bakery production.
  • Three or more years of sales experience in capital equipment.
  • Consultative customer service approach.
  • Strong technical and mechanical aptitude.

Nice-To-Haves:

  • Engineering degree.
  • Service industry experience.
  • Understanding of bakery equipment.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with industry trends and competition.
  • Experience with CRM tools.

Job Description: Manage sales activities in the bakery market within a defined U.S. region. Responsibilities include prospecting, reporting, quoting, and closing business in alignment with sales goals.

Essential Duties:

  • Identify sales opportunities with existing and new prospects.
  • Utilize company resources for effective sales processes.
  • Work closely with Sales Administration for quotes and orders.
  • Efficiently update CRM data.
  • Monitor and report competitive activity.
  • Attend trade shows and industry events.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and four or more years related experience.
  • Three or more years of capital equipment sales experience.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP, and CRM systems.
  • Valid drivers license and ability to obtain a passport.
