We are seeking a Marketing Assistant, Paid Media (Contract) who will assist account managers with monthly account work and one-time projects while learning about various aspects of digital marketing. Key tasks include blog writing, social media posting, basic video creation using online video creation tools, landing page updates, and Facebook ad creation for franchise clients. The ideal candidate should be a motivated, detail-oriented worker who actively seeks additional work and projects when available.

The contract will last 6 months, with a potential option for extension.




WHAT YOU’LL DO :
  • Assist with Franchise-Level Accounts–
  • PPC Clients:○ Assist in Google Ads and Facebook Ads account setups and creation
  • Assist with landing page creation in Unbounce.
  • Complete call analyses (listen to PPC calls to determine call quality).

  • SEO Clients:
  • Write blog content.○ Post to social media.
  • Assist with updating some sections of client websites.

  • All Clients:
  • Share successes with other franchise team members.
  • Actively seek out additional work when projects are complete.

  • Assist with Select Projects–
  • Help account managers with projects including call analyses, landing page creation, SEO keyword research, website testing, and more.
  • Work on Agency Process Improvement–
  • Research, test, and implement new and improved processes for the agency with the assistance of senior employees.


  • What You’ll Need:
  • You have a 4-year college degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Proven written, verbal, analytical, and communication skills
  • You are great at collaboration, and also at working independently
  • Motivated and focused team member
  • Empathetic and compassionate towards the challenges our clients face in managing and growing their businesses
  • Lifelong learning mindset
  • Attention to detail is unmatched
  • Basic Excel skills
  • Experience with pay-per-click advertising and/or search engine optimization work is a plus but not required
