Job Title: Virtual Marketing & Sales Assistant

 

Location: Remote

Working Hours: Part-time (3 days per week) with flexibility to support out-of-hours programmes

Reports To: Business Owner

Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and creative Virtual Marketing & Sales Assistant to support our clients business, which focuses on working with female entrepreneurs and business owners. The ideal candidate will have experience in marketing, sales, and content creation, with the flexibility to assist with some programmes outside of regular hours. Key responsibilities will include social media content management, email outreach, podcast coordination, and programme administration. Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Content Development & Social Media Management:

  • Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook) aligned with our mission of supporting female business owners.
  • Manage social media content calendars, promoting our programmes, events, and podcast episodes.
  • Repurpose podcast content into bite-sized clips, quotes, and social media posts to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Monitor social media platforms, engage with followers, and foster a supportive online community.

Email Outreach & Lead Management:

  • Manage email outreach campaigns for lead generation, nurturing relationships with female entrepreneurs and business owners.
  • Respond to incoming inquiries via email, providing excellent customer service and following up on leads to support programme sign-ups.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems to track interactions with clients and ensure a smooth sales process.

 

 

Podcast Management:

  • Coordinate the weekly podcast, including finding, booking, and communicating with guests (with a focus on female entrepreneurs).
  • Manage the editing and distribution process, repurposing episodes into various content formats for promotion.
  • Seek opportunities to book our client on other podcasts to increase visibility and reach.

Programme Support & Client Engagement:

  • Support the administration and promotion of programmes designed for female entrepreneurs and business owners.
  • Assist with onboarding and communications for programme participants, including managing sign-ups and providing ongoing participant support.
  • Provide flexible support for out-of-hours online events, ensuring smooth execution and participant engagement.

Sales Support & Lead Generation:

  • Assist with the development and implementation of sales funnels and lead generation strategies to attract and engage new clients.
  • Follow up with potential clients to encourage programme participation and maintain relationships with existing clients.
  • Collaborate on new strategies to enhance the customer experience and improve sales processes.

Requirements:

Experience:

  • Proven experience in a virtual assistant role, particularly in marketing, sales, and content creation.
  • Experience working with entrepreneurs, small business owners, or membership programmes, ideally with a focus on female clients.
  • Familiarity with podcast management, guest booking, and repurposing podcast content for various platforms.

Skills & Attributes:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and supportive tone.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and maintain attention to detail.
  • Tech-savvy, with experience in social media management, email marketing tools, CRMs, and podcast management platforms.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Willingness to be flexible with working hours to support out-of-hours programmes.
