What will you be doing?
We are looking for a proactive candidate to join our sales team in Tokyo, where you will rapidly build an understanding of our business and help to grow our customer base and revenue.
As Client Success Manager, you will ensure our clients are fully aware of their licensed content and understand how to access it. You will provide comprehensive client support, achieved through liaising closely with the Sales, Finance, Technology and Editorial teams where necessary to resolve issues. In addition, you actively seek opportunities to embed and grow the usage of our services through direct client interactions.
