Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary contact for German-speaking clients, addressing their inquiries and supporting their needs.
  • Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new clients to ensure they feel welcomed and informed.
  • Track and analyze client satisfaction metrics, implementing improvements as needed.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to provide customized solutions and resolve any challenges faced by clients.
  • Collect and utilize client feedback to drive future enhancements in services and products.
  • Build long-lasting relationships with clients to foster loyalty and retention.
  • Engage in continuous learning and training to stay updated on product offerings and industry trends.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German (both spoken and written) with outstanding communication skills.
  • Proficient in English to ensure effective teamwork and communication.
  • Experience in client success, account management, or customer support is advantageous.
  • Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
  • Capability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
  • Eligible to work in a remote setup while based in Greece.
