As a Cognyter you will:

• Deploy our systems at customer sites, conduct end-user training, and perform the Acceptance Tests for our unique GSM, UMTS, and LTE solutions
• Oversee projects from initiation to completion of the Acceptance Tests
• Prepare and update project documentation
• On-site and remote technical support for our systems for both software and hardware
• Constant communication and collaboration with in-house teams are necessary to ensure a successful customer experience
• Follow departmental processes and ensure KPIs are met
• Ability to take project requirements and ensure that are met before the deployment phase

Requirements

For that mission you’ll need:

• Telco or Wireless Communications experience with GSM, UMTS, and LTE
• Prior experience using Electrical or RF Lab equipment
• Minimum education level: Telecommunication, Computer Studies or Equivalent
• Experience in technical pre-sale, customer support, and conducting technical training
• Strong understanding of Windows OS, Advanced IT Skills
• US Citizen is Required

If hired for this position, the base salary range would be between $90,000-$120,000. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual salaries may vary based on various factors including but not limited to work location, skills, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Cognyte’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual discretionary bonuses and short and long-term incentives.
