Qualifications:
Telco or Wireless Communications experience with GSM, UMTS, and LTE, Experience in technical pre-sale, customer support, and conducting technical training, Strong understanding of Windows OS, Advanced IT Skills, Minimum education level: Telecommunication, Computer Studies or Equivalent, US Citizen is Required.
Key responsabilities:
- Deploy systems at customer sites, conduct end-user training, and perform Acceptance Tests
- Oversee projects from initiation to completion and update project documentation
- Provide on-site and remote technical support for both software and hardware
- Constant communication and collaboration with in-house teams for successful customer experience
- Follow departmental processes and ensure KPIs are met
