We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Talent Acquisition Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for clients.
-Proactively source and identify potential candidates through resume databases on job portals, networking, referrals, and other methods.
-Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.
-Manage the candidate pipeline and maintain accurate records and trackers.

-Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and interview panels.
-Conduct post-interview debriefs and collaborate with hiring teams to evaluate candidates.

-Coordinate pre-employment checks, including reference checks, background verification.
-Be a part of the salary negotiation process and ensure a continuous candidate closure pipeline.

Experience: 1-2 years
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
