Your role
This role requires driving forecasting processes, advancing reporting, and leading cost analysis and initiatives, demanding proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP systems, as well as expertise in SSD topics and accounting. It offers the opportunity to lead strategic forecasting, shape reporting frameworks, and gain exposure to senior management, with competitive compensation and benefits provided. Nice-to-have qualities include proficiency in English and German, familiarity with German accounting principles, and potential team management experience.

  • Proficiency in English and German language skills are a plus.

  • Familiarity with German accounting principles.

  • Experience in interacting with auditors.

  • Potentially manage the team of two working students and one junior controller

  • Treasury experience.

What do we expect?
  • Drive forecasting processes, advance reporting, and spearhead cost analysis and cost initiatives.

  • Define and drive cost initiatives, bridging between CS CS3 and core activities.

  • Excellent skills in Excel, PowerPoint and any ERP systems 

  • Proficiency in SSD topics and taking over accounting matters.

  • Demonstrate 1 year of leadership experience, with a background in management preferred.

  • Consulting background or equivalent experience.

  • Hold certification as a Bilanzbuchhalter with tax qualifications.

  • Expertise in balance sheet accounting, standard taxation, and financial closing.

  • Manage monthly and annual financial statements efficiently.
