Venha fazer parte do time de Recrutamento e Seleção da MyWay Recrutamentos.

Principais atividades:

  • Realização de briefing com clientes para coleta de informações e abertura de vagas no sistema Quickin;
  • Divulgação de vagas;
  • Hunting de candidatos;
  • Triagem de currículos;
  • Agendamento e realização de entrevistas online com candidatos;
  • Elaboração de parecer das entrevistas realizadas;
  • Envio de testes e questionários para candidatos;
  • Follow up e feedback contínuo com candidatos e clientes, acompanhando toda a jornada destes, até o fechamento da vaga;
  • Criação de relatório, scorecard e/ou questionários, quando necessário.
