Qualifications:
A. or B.S degree in communications, PR, marketing, business administration or related field, Minimum 6-7 years agency experience for AD level; 9-10 years for senior AD, Proficient knowledge of biotech, pharma, and/or medtech space, Experienced in managing client relationships and leading teams, Excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
Key responsabilities:
- Lead and oversee teams to ensure campaign success and meet client expectations
- Maintain in-depth industry knowledge and act as main client contact
- Review written materials, provide counsel, and participate in new business discussions
- Manage client budgets, supervise staff, and develop media strategies
- Coach, mentor staff, deliver results, and actively contribute to team success
