Job Description

We are looking for a Lead/Senior Change Management Coordinator (m/f/d) who will start as soon as possible.

Responsibilities:

Develop and align projects, Programmes, or portfolios with organizational strategy
Lead and coordinate large project teams, medium Programmes, or small project portfolios
Identify and address complex risks affecting projects, Programmes, or portfolios
Communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, ensuring strategic alignment
Manage budgets at a larger scale, ensuring financial accountability for projects, Programmes, or portfolios
Ensure high-quality standards are met across all projects, Programmes, or portfolios
Address complex challenges and obstacles impacting organizational objectives

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, Finance, Management, etc.)
7+ years of relevant experience, depending on the specific role (Project Manager, Programme Manager, or Portfolio Manager)
Certification in project management and/or agile methodology (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum, Kanban)
Specialized training on Programme and project portfolio management (e.g. PfMP, PPM, PPMC, etc.)
Proficiency in project management tools and software
Leadership and communication skills
English = B2+ (mandatory), Russian = B2+ (highly desirable)
