Your missions

NeoWork is currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Appointment Setter to join our team in Colombia. As an Appointment Setter, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by scheduling qualified appointments for our sales team.

As an innovative BPO company, NeoWork is dedicated to providing exceptional appointment setting services to our clients. As an Appointment Setter, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential leads, qualifying them, and scheduling appointments for our sales representatives.

We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, a persuasive and friendly demeanor, and the ability to quickly build rapport with potential clients. The ideal candidate should have a strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities
  • Contact potential leads through various channels, such as phone calls, emails, and social media
  • Qualify leads by understanding their needs, pain points, and budget
  • Schedule appointments for our sales representatives based on the availability and preferences of both parties
  • Follow up with leads and confirm appointments
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of appointments and interactions in our CRM system
  • Collaborate with the sales team to optimize the appointment setting process
  • Meet or exceed monthly appointment setting targets

Requirements

  • Fluent in both English and Spanish
  • At least 3 year of experience in appointment setting or a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Persuasive and friendly demeanor
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets
  • Experience using CRM systems or appointment setting software is a plus
  • Owned computer or laptop and stable internet connectivity.
  • Knowledgeable in Office 360, Google Apps, and client-facing communication.
