Job Responsibilities:
Proactively guide candidates throughout the entire hiring process for hourly and salaried roles. Keeping mind the candidate experience from prospecting, to interviews, through the offer stage, all the way up to on-boarding.
Attract candidates through creative sourcing methods including utilization of social media, internal and external databases, and building a vast referral network within industry organizations.
Recruit for challenging positions and become a trusted partner of the hiring managers you support
Qualify prospective candidates via resume review, phone screens and in-person interviews to assess skills and determine potential job matches.
Manage the communication process with candidate and efficiently document recruiting activity in our Applicant Tracking System.
Be able to own and drive processes independently, including looking for areas of opportunity to make improvements and change recruiting strategies based on data
Qualifications:
Degree or equivalent work experience
2-5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience
Relationship building skills with hiring managers at all levels and making quality hires
Confidence to jump in and move on open requisitions with a sense of urgency
Creative and innovative mindset and the ability to independently solve problem
Must be highly organized and detailed oriented with excellent time management capabilities.
Good judgment and the ability to uphold confidentiality
Passionate about recruiting and telling a compelling story
Use creative sourcing techniques beyond LinkedIn and can make strategic recommendations
Confident with in-person meetings and articulating status updates with key stakeholders
Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
