Primary responsibilities:
  • You will be assigned to support a mass hiring project for renown fashion retail brands and BPO companies with your superior which includes the following scope
  • Design digital posters to spread job vacancies awareness for given job assignments to various social media communities of portals/channels
  • Source for potential candidates for the given job assignment.
  • Screen, Interview (when needed), and submit qualified candidates' profiles to clients.
  • Follow-up candidate interest & track candidate interview stages until offer stage
  • Negotiate and mediate expectations between potential candidates and clients.
  • Other ad-hoc responsibilities include: Ad hoc projects as required by your Superior


Requirements
  • Degree/Diploma student within related discipline, able to fulfill 3 months of internship period
  • Final year student or graduating intern are highly preferred
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Office and Google Suites, as well as design platforms (e.g. Canva, Adobe Illustrator).
  • Possesses a laptop and mobile
  • Possesses administrative and research skills
  • Excellent presentation skills and communication skills
  • Ability to deliver timely solutions and develop strong relationships with clients
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to manage several priorities simultaneously and delegate duties where appropriate
  • Ability to carry out duties as independently as possible.
