Job Description-
A minimum of 5-7 years’ experience with the following is required:
• Expertise in managing Oracle Database (10g,11g,12c,19c & CDB/PDB)
• At least 5 years of working experience and in-depth knowledge on Oracle RAC, ASM, Data
Guard, RMAN Backups/Restore and OEM
• Expertise in Unix & Perl scripting, to automate BAU activities like patching, cloning etc.
• Strong Performance tuning skills
• Should be working over the weekends for scheduled maintenance activities
• Provide 24x7 operational & project support for Oracle Database Technology.
• Experience working on multiple UNIX based and windows platforms.
• Expertise in performance tuning & trouble shoot Oracle databases.
• Work Experience on Applying Database PSU, CPU on Oracle core databases.
• Database upgrades and migration across different platforms.
• Should be flexible in learning and supporting Oracle EBS & middleware environment.
Experience identified below are additional positives:
• Experience in Oracle Exadata
• Supporting multi-site environment
• Experience with Perl and shell scripting
• Experience with using ServiceNow
• Knowledge / Experience with Azure, Oracle Cloud, Google Cloud, and/or AWS
• Knowledge on different flavors of databases like MSSQL, MySQL, Postgress, Mongo, Snowflakes is
a plus.
