Responsibilities

Responsible for recruiting for all Technical roles in the USA.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree required
+5 years of experience working in full-cycle recruiting for corporate functions
+3 years of experience working for the USA IT Market.
Technical recruiting background is a must
Experience in recruitment KPIs.
Strong written and verbal communication skills (English and Spanish).
Knowledgeable in various recruiting platforms and e-recruitment tools.

Languages

Advanced Oral English.
Native Spanish.
