Job Description

 Collaborate with functional HR teams and end-users to review and understand current and future state HR and/or business processes and needs. Own or Support various HRIS tasks and projects within the Workday HRIS ecosystem including but not limited to needs analysis, impact analysis, documentation of business requirements, configuring and unit testing solutions in Workday, building test scripts, co ordinating testing efforts including UAT, preparing for production roll out, help with change management efforts. Understand and follow defined system change policies, standards, and best practices. Work with Workday security Admin to implement security changes needed for solutions being delivered. Provide Workday reports development support. Understand the end-to-end business process and design medium or large Workday enhancements and/or projects. Develop appropriate test scenarios and scripts as needed. Provide functional production support, system configuration, system testing & product /data stewardship for Workday HRIS. This includes performing data management tasks including EIB loads. Contribute/lead bi-annual Workday release process and other new functionality release projects. 
Qualifications and Requirements:
 
  •  6+ years of experience working with Workday HR in an HRIS role.
  •  Strong configuration skills in Workday HRIS, Manager and Employee self-service, Core Compensation and/or Advanced Compensation, Performance Management, Talent Management, Workday reporting including complex reports and calculated fields.
  •  Workday data management skills including EIB loads.
  •  Sound understanding of Workday security principles.
  •  Knowledge and experience in systems implementations, change management, and knowledge management, testing methodologies and best practices.
  •  Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  •  Excellent Analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, communication and team-building skills.
  •  Attention to detail and excellent organization skills.
  •  Ability to communicate (both written and verbal) complex subjects to all levels of the organization.
  •  Proficiency in Smartsheet and Visio preferred.
  •  Workday Extend experience is a plus
