Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Compensation Lead to manage and support the integration of Compensation programs into the new HRIS (SuccessFactors). You will act as a liaison between Compensation and Technology teams, ensuring smooth transitions and effective communication. This role involves leading various Compensation-related projects, testing activities, and creating training materials to operationalize future states. Additionally, you will oversee HRIS enhancements, manage data audits, and improve reporting capabilities. The position is remote and can be based anywhere in the USA, with core working hours from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Pacific Time.
