As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for the following:


Responsibilities & Duties

  • VIP undergraduate campus rep recruitment & hiringCampus Rep Management
  • International campus rep program development 
  • Social media management
  • Planning and overseeing new market initiatives
  • Alumnus Advisor curation and management 
  • Finding and developing new markets and improving 
  • Increase value of current customers while attracting new ones
  • Attending conferences, meeting, and industry events
  • Brand partnerships


Requirements
  • Campus Rep Management Experience
  • Willing to Travel (25%)
  • Past Greek Life Leadership
  • Well versed and demonstrated skills campus rep management
  • A understanding of the group travel and hospitality industry
  • Recruitment and Hiring experience
  • Creative problem solver with the ability to make decisions independently
  • Computer and Internet-savvy
  • Experience in social media management
  • Experience in sales & marketing
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to manage complex projects
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Citizen / Permanent Resident of the United States or Canada
