About The Role:

The People Plugin is excited to be partnering with PixelForce, a leading digital solutions agency based in Adelaide, to find a talented Business Development Manager. In this fully remote role, you will be instrumental in nurturing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving growth. You will be a key player in ensuring client satisfaction, overseeing strategic client engagement, and delivering value-driven solutions to help businesses achieve their goals. If you have a knack for service-based selling and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this could be the role for you!


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Actively research and identify potential clients through various channels, including online and offline.
  • Qualifying Opportunities: Reach out to prospects to assess their needs, budget, and timeline to determine if they align with our services. Effectively qualify leads to pass on to the closing team.
  • Engagement: Initiate meaningful conversations with potential clients, building awareness of our services and sparking interest in our solutions.
  • Pipeline Maintenance: Keep the CRM updated daily with all lead activity, ensuring a well-organised pipeline for follow-ups and hand-offs to the business director and sales engineer.
  • Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, understanding their needs, and providing tailored technology solutions that drive satisfaction and retention.About You:
  • You have a proven track record of achieving sales targets and have experience with service-based selling.
  • You’re skilled at building strong client relationships and possess excellent negotiation abilities.
  • You have a deep understanding of technology and business, enabling you to align solutions with client needs.
