Job description

This is a remote position.

Case Manager - Protection

£25,000 - £30,000 + Bonus + Benefits

Our client is a household name and an established leader within their niche, employing circa 150 people across the UK.

As an innovative disruptor within financial services, my client has built a bespoke - cutting edge platform, which enables their case managers/processors to work efficiently and at a high volume.

Due to year-on-year growth my client is actively seeking experienced, ambitious Protection Case Managers to join their successful team.


The purpose of this position is to fully package cases, ensuring a quick, simple, and smooth journey for the client.


Requirements

    ∙ Previous experience in the mortgage brokerage industry, in protection case management (packaging/processing)

    ∙ Working to strict customer deadlines

    ∙ R05 qualified (not essential/advantageous)

    ∙ Excellent communication, organisation and presentation skills
