Job description

This is a remote position.

We are seeking a passionate and organized Sales Assistant with project management skills to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the sales team and play a key role in the success of our sales projects.

 

Responsibilities:

-        Follow the company's values, vision, and mission.

-        Support the sales team in account and client management.

-        Coordinate and track sales projects, ensuring deadlines are met.

-        Collaborate in the preparation of sales presentations and proposals.

-        Maintain up-to-date records of clients and sales opportunities in the database.

-        Communicate effectively with different departments to ensure successful execution of sales projects.

-        Handle email and prioritize tasks effectively to maintain efficient communication and workflow.

-        Assist in creating contracts using provided templates.

-        Manage sales outreach process the manager.

-        Other duties as required.



Requirements

-        Previous experience in a similar sales or administrative role.

-        Knowledge of Project Management tools is a plus.

-        Exceptional organizational and follow-up skills.

-        Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

-        Ability to work in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

-        Results-oriented and attention to detail.

 

Qualifications:

-        Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

-        Previous experience in sales or administrative roles.

-        Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office, CRM, and project management software.

-        Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

-        Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under deadlines.
