Job description

This is a remote position.

 Client Background
Client is a Fortune 500 organization with a focus on manufacturing and distribution of consumer goods.

Client Requirements
The client is in need of an experienced project manager to manage the implementation of a new medical management solution.
Project Background
Refreshing the client's Health and Wellness center capabilities by transferring software to a new vendor to manage health records and information. The client is currently using OHM and will replace this software with industry standard technology called Cority.

 Work Product
A project manager is needed to manage the implementation of a new medical management solution to be used within our Occupational Health Clinic to accommodate new requirements and provide a phenomenal patient / employee experience.

2. Preferred Skills
• Bachelor’s Degree
• May consider 5 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree in Medical Management
• Human Resources
• Information Technology, or another related field.
2. Experience Required
• Familiarity with operating processes found in an Occupational Health Clinic
• Knowledge of best practices related to sensitive data handling and security
• Experience with change management, testing, and quality practices
• Acquaintanceship with solution lifecycle management
• Demonstrated ability to exercise good judgment under pressure in sensitive situations.
• 6+ years comprehensive cross-functional project management experience
• Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management.
• Experience working with customers to develop solutions
• Proven management skills setting direction for others to work toward goals and completion of objectives.
