Job Description
We are looking for experienced Accountants to record daily financial transactions, maintain accurate ledgers, and process payroll records. Accountants will also be responsible for developing daily and monthly financial and statistical reports for management. Additionally, we need someone who can do ad hoc tasks such as project management, social media management, and website maintenance.

Responsibilities
- Processing payments, invoices, income and receipts and entering data into accounting software or databases then filing hard copies
- Reconciling bank and income statements
- Developing monthly financial statements including cash flow, profit and loss and balance sheets
- Working on payroll
- Tax filing
- Managing projects from the pre-quoting stage to gathering and sending prospective client information
- Providing excellent customer service to clients
- Keeping constant contact with with clients and maintaining a positive relationship
- Helping out on ad hoc tasks such as social media management and website maintenance

Requirements
- Graduated with a 3-year or 4-year Bachelor’s degree
- Candidates must provide either an NBI Clearance or Police Clearance (preferred) upon hiring
- Must be comfortable with using Hubstaff, a time-tracking application
- Experience in accounting, bookkeeping, and project management
- Social media management and website maintenance experience (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Squarespace)
- Experience using accounting software like Quickbooks
- Professional-level English (written and verbal/voice)
- Computer or laptop with access to the internet (min speed of 25 Mbps)

Compensation and Benefits
- Full-time: Up to PHP 42,500 a month (Based on experience)
