Responsibilities: - Demonstrate accountability for agency performance and flawless execution. - Lead management and execution of client experiential events and Assisted sales programs. - Manages Account Services employee relations, working in conjunction with People & Culture to facilitate teamwork and address questions and conflicts. - Support on program budget management - Fosters a high performance and high-quality environment to produce excellent results for our clients. - Coaches field operations managers in all aspects within Account Services on leading teams effectively while also driving employee engagement. - Collaborates with the leadership team to develop, track, and achieve departmental goals. - Keeps team on track for program deliverables and ensures final product is delivered to the client. - Leads weekly National Calls with Field Teams.
Qualifications: - 5+ Years of experience in account/program management; Strongly prefer experience with marketing/agency environment in the adult beverage industry. - Bachelor’s degree - Strong organizational skills to deliver key deliverables in a timely fashion in a fast-paced environment. - Advanced experience in PPT in building presentations. - Proficient in public speaking and presentational skills. - Excellent written communication and verbal communication skills.
