We are looking for a National Account Manager – Non-Commercial, OOH - to join our team. This role will be responsible for growing and managing our OOH business within the non-commercial segment and carrying themselves with enthusiasm and passion for Oatly’s purpose, mission, and values. Reporting to the Vice President of National Accounts, Foodservice, the position exists to drive sales, build market share, and increase brand awareness while driving profitable growth with best-in-class customer management across key non-commercial accounts and GPOs in multiple sectors and channels.
Due to business needs, qualified candidates must reside in Eastern or Central Standard time zones.
Here are the things we want to hire you to do:
- Build strong and credible relationships with our CMCs. GPOs, sector accounts, operators, culinary leads, and buyers across the entire non-commercial channel to drive distribution and sales
- Responsible for managing our contracts and deliverables to include new placements and programming of the Oatly portfolio, successfully expanding our footprint across multiple segments and channels
- Embrace a scrappy hunter and farmer mentality as you strategically grow our non-commercial business
- Using a fact-based selling approach, create, deliver, and execute customer and channel-specific sales presentations
- Attend and sometimes manage channel and customer-specific trade shows and conferences with counterparts and/or event team
Here are the things we think you need:
- 5+ years in OOH sales or sales management, with 2+ years working in the non-commercial channel
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in practical experience
- Clear understanding of go-to-market strategies within the greater OOH channel
- Prior experience calling on C&U, B&I, hospitality, multi-unit chains, distributors, and/or operators
- Comfortable with prospecting, cold calling, and managing sales pipelines
- Can reside anywhere in the US with close proximity to a major airport
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office & Microsoft Teams
- Have an open mind and be excited to do things differently when the opportunity presents itself
- Problem-solving skills and desire to bring creative solutions to business opportunities
- Passion for relationship building across team as well as cross-functionally
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Motivated, enthusiastic, and positive even during stressful times (we love what we do, but not every day is a walk in the park)
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively, while thriving in a remote environment
- Willingness to travel as needed, Including some nights and weekends for conferences, shows and customer meetings

The salary for this role will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to geographic location, internal equity, experience, education, specialty, and training. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific location. Compensation may also include bonus, commission, or equity as applicable. Our good faith estimate for base salary is $140,000.
