Director EUT

To establish consistent Business Acceptance End User Testing as part of Allianz's enterprise readiness strategy. The Technology and Transformation Team would like to hire a Director of Testing to establish a End-User Testing Capability at the strategic level with a tactical and operational delivery of testing for selected programs of work. Allianz see's the below priorities for the role in the 1st year (2024).

• Build Business Acceptance Practice
• Develop and implement a target operating model for the Business Acceptance (EUT) Practice/Capability to deliver Allianz Life Testing needs,
• Establish a prioritized roadmap with operationalization strategy to implement the agreed target operating model, including Maturity Assessment, resourcing and investment modeling.
• Develop Three year Business Case
• Manage End-User Testing for selected strategic initiatives
• To manager End-User testing for selected initiatives (Project and Product) within the target model agreed, including testing strategies, resources and process, management information.
• Develop resourcing scalability along the partnership to manage the fluctuating demand in end-user testing and internal EUT team recruitment
• Embed EUT Practice Standards at project level, both agile and waterfall
