Senior UiPath Developer / Technical Lead

• Key Responsibilities:

1. Advanced UiPath Solutions: Design, develop, and implement advanced UiPath solutions to streamline business processes and enhance operational efficiency.
2. Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and leadership to a team of UiPath developers, ensuring best practices in robotic process automation are followed.
3. Project Management: Managing UiPath projects, ensuring they are delivered on time while meeting client specifications.
4. Team Management: Manage and mentor a team of UiPath developers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to identify automation opportunities and integrate UiPath solutions with other business systems.
6. Continuous Improvement: Continuously assess and improve existing UiPath workflows to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
7. Training and Development: Conduct training sessions for the team on UiPath tools and technologies, ensuring continuous skill enhancement.

Requirements

Qualifications:

1. Advanced UiPath Certification: Must possess an advanced UiPath certification, demonstrating a high level of expertise in UiPath technologies.
2. Experience: A minimum of 5+ years of experience working with UiPath, with a proven track record of successful project implementation.
3. Language Proficiency: Strong proficiency in both English and Arabic, enabling effective communication in a diverse work environment.
4. Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of the UiPath platform, robotic process automation (RPA) principles, and related technologies.
5. Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of tackling complex challenges in RPA projects.
6. Educational Background: A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
