Team Lead ThoughtSpot developer (Slovenia, remote)

A European IT company, which has been creating software products of any level of complexity for more than 15 years, is looking for a highly skilled Team Lead ThoughtSpot Developer. You will lead a team of developers, mentor junior members, and guide the development of best practices around self-service analytics using ThoughtSpot.

The company is primarily working with American and European partners and clients. They handle various projects across different sectors, including banking, e-commerce, and more. The company develops custom software projects.

The company's head office is located in Ljubljana, Slovenia. There are also offices in Bulgaria. You are offered completely remote cooperation with the ability to work from anywhere in the world.

Your tasks on the position:

• Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of ThoughtSpot dashboards for performance and scalability
• Collaborate with teams to translate business needs into effective data models and visualizations
• Drive data modeling and schema optimization for search-driven analytics
• Oversee ETL/ELT pipelines and data integration, ensuring data governance, integrity, and compliance
• Continuously evaluate and improve ThoughtSpot features for enhanced analytics and reporting
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement data-driven solutions aligned with company goals
• Conduct data analysis to provide actionable insights for decision-making

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in BI or data analytics, with 2+ years working with ThoughtSpot
• Leadership and team management experience.Strong knowledge of data warehousing, data modeling, and SQL
• Expertise in ETL/ELT processes and integration with platforms like Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift
• Experience working with large datasets and optimizing ThoughtSpot for performance
• English B2+

Will be a plus:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Experience with BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and ThoughtSpot integration
• Familiarity with machine learning or advanced analytics
• Experience with agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Trello
