Partner directly with designers, developers, and project managers to develop engaging user experiences
Translating business priorities into research questions and design insights
Developing and maintaining internal UX processes to adapt to evolving user and business needs
Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of our target audiences, their behaviors, needs, and expectations
Defining user and process flows, site structures and site maps
Ensure the layout, composition, and information architecture for products and product features to ensure that underlying functionality is exposed in a clear and consistent manner across all devices
Foster a team environment in which designers feel engaged and motivated
Work with individual team members on career development, be a mentor to junior-level team members
Requirements:
7+ years of experience working in the design, development, and optimization of user interfaces
Must have a high-quality UI/UX design portfolio that showcases their abilities and experiences
Knowledge of web application and mobile application UX design standards and best practices
Generate and present ideas, designs, and decisions to improve applications and user experiences
Experience on all facets of UX process from concept generation to quality assurance
Effective at working with cross-functional teams and supporting colleagues to produce high quality products
Performing qualitative (interviews, surveys) and quantitative (A/B, heatmaps) user research to validate vision, flow, and process is a plus
Experience shipping high-quality consumer or enterprise products a plus
