Responsibilities:
-Tracking the performance of Recruiting, HR, Fleet, and Sales departments to ensure a high standard of quality in the completion of tasks.
-Regularly reviewing processes and procedures within each department in accordance with company standards.
-Analyzing data and metrics to identify potential improvements and optimize workflows.
-Developing and implementing plans to improve performance and service quality.
-Providing feedback to teams with recommendations to improve performance and quality.
Requirements:
-Experience in operations management or quality control.
-Understanding of business processes.
-Analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make decisions.
-Communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
-Experience in developing and implementing process improvements.
