Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP CRM Techno-Functional Consultant to join our growing Customer Experience team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SAP CRM functionality, as well as strong technical skills to make code/ABAP changes and write Functional Specifications Documents (FSDs). They will be responsible for implementing and maintaining SAP CRM solutions to support our business processes and drive customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
· Work closely with business users to gather and understand requirements for SAP CRM solutions
· Design, develop, and implement SAP CRM solutions to meet business needs
· Write Functional Specifications Documents (FSDs) to clearly document requirements
· Create and maintain SAP CRM configurations
· Make code/ABAP changes to SAP CRM solutions
· Test and troubleshoot SAP CRM solutions
· Provide ongoing support to SAP CRM users
· Work with other teams to ensure that SAP CRM solutions are integrated with other systems
· Stay up-to-date on the latest SAP CRM technologies and trends
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
· 5+ years of experience with SAP CRM
· Strong understanding of SAP CRM functionality, including sales, service, and marketing modules
· Experience with ABAP programming
· Experience writing Functional Specifications Documents (FSDs)
· Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
