Tasks:

• Conduct thorough assessments of SAP systems for potential M&A targets. Identify integration challenges and opportunities within SAP environments.
• Design and develop TOMs (Target Operating Model) that incorporate SAP solutions and align with business strategies. Ensure TOMs are scalable, flexible, and support future growth.
• Develop detailed integration plans for SAP systems and processes. Collaborate closely with SAP experts to ensure seamless integration.
• Engage with key stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates. Facilitate workshops and meetings to align on architectural decisions.
• Ensure all SAP solutions comply with regulatory requirements. Maintain documentation and governance frameworks.

Profile:

Mandatory:

• Proven experience in SAP architecture within M&A contexts.
• Strong understanding of IT due diligence processes.
• Expertise in developing and implementing TOMs (Target Operating Model) with SAP solutions.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).

Optional:

• Knowledge of legal and regulatory aspects of M&A.
• Experience with cloud technologies and digital transformation.
• Proficiency in enterprise architecture frameworks and tools.
