Position Details  

The mission for the supply chain product team is to drive competitive advantage, scale and margin. You will help us achieve these goals by identifying and executing opportunities to make our operations more efficient, take on strategic value-add activities to uplift the value of used phones and optimize our sales channels to increase margin and throughput. Your responsibilities will include: 

  • Own the product vision and roadmap for ecoATM’s supply chain which includes the processing, disposition, and re-commerce of millions of devices each year 
  • Develop product strategies that deliver customer benefits and meet financial goals while ensuring systems and processes are positioned to scale 
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to build a product vision, define requirements, drive product adoption, and communicate roadmaps 
  • Leverage experiments and data to measure results, drive product decisions, and deliver actionable insights 
  • Deliver coherent product strategies and requirements that bring clarity, focus, and prioritization to complex problems 
  • Partner with engineering and design in a fast paced, Agile development process to build capabilities that drive competitive advantage for ecoATM  
  • Manage the entire software product lifecycle from inception through post launch monitoring 

 

Education & Experience  

  • 5+ years of software product management experience with a focus on supply chain, logistics or operations 
  • Experience working with and integrating supply chain systems (Procurement, Warehouse Management, Inventory Management, Shipping, etc.) 
  • Track record of partnering with stakeholders in designing and executing experiments 

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities  

  • Proven track record of working in a “product-led” environment, taking ownership of not just delivering software features, but also achieving product outcomes 
  • Good understanding of Agile software development 
  • Excellent communication skills – Ability to present the same product initiative to different audiences – ranging from executives, to engineers, to operations staff. 
  • Curiosity – To understand the What and Why of how things work today and craft a compelling vision for the future. 
  • Ability to create clarity from vague inputs.  
  • Analytic and Strategic – You can explain the importance of an initiative from a qualitative (strategic) lens and through business cases (quantitative)  

Business Travel 

  • To assist in product discovery, you may occasionally want to travel to Louisville, Kentucky to visit our processing center. 
  • To assist with strategic planning, you may be asked to visit our HQ in San Diego, California for in person collaborative sessions.

Pay Range (How much might you earn in your base salary?)  


$157,500-$192,500
 
Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This information is provided per CA SB 1162 (“CA Pay Transparency Law”). Base pay information is based on market location. This position may also be eligible for short-term and long-term incentives based on individual and company performance.
