It is a remote job from Lebanon to a company located in Dubai.
Will get notified upon the creation of any new lead in the system.
Ensuring that all the correct information and data of the new lead is filled out by the sales team, such as branch services, competitor brands, and all the additional information mentioned in the lead form.
Ensure Sales Reps are collecting as many contacts as possible in order to build our Pro Community. (KPI)
Ensure Account Team is always up to date, in alignment with Supervisors & Managers.
Add notes on the customer to keep track of important updates.
Use Salesforce Chatter on multiple levels.
Assigning the visit plan for the new lead alongside the supervisors.
Assess what are the needs required to convert this lead into a customer, and liaise with the relevant departments to support the Sales Team.
Monitor reports on how long the lead has been under process, in order to take action on whether to re-assign the lead or re-assess the needs. Monitor how often the lead is visited until it is converted to a customer.
Scoping new leads on platforms such as Google Maps & Fresha, as well as Governmental Agencies, and creating them as leads on the system, pinning their location on Salesforce Maps, and assigning them to the Sales Team to visit.
Assign sales reps with KPIs for number of leads to capture and pin location on map.
