- Pre-credentialing and assessing candidate eligibility, managing credentialing process, auditing files for compliance, creating and updating job postings on the CRM, handling job adverts and applicant tracking
- Handling paperwork requests, managing references, conducting pre-placement audits, organizing post-placement gifts, coordinating with clients and caregivers
- Writing and posting job advertisements, following up on emails and ads, scheduling and managing weekly meetings, generating reports and managing agendas for meetings.
