This is a rare opportunity to immediately become a Business Manager with one of the largest Recruitment consultancies in the world.
Over the past couple of years, the company have been collecting data to see where to invest their funds and which new divisions to grow based on existing client demand / growth sectors and it has become apparent that specialist niche Technology recruitment is leading the way, therefore they have established specialist nationwide niches in a variety of burgeoning Tech market sectors (separate from their generalist IT Divisions).
5 years ago, their UK Technology division was just 2% of the total revenue for the group, it is now over 30% and the most profitable area with a projected UK revenue of £70m profit. One of the major niches they wish to grow out Nationally is ServiceNow
The ServiceNow division will be developed nationally and subsequently internationally. At the moment, there are 10 Consultants, primarily based in London. However, the company do operate a hybrid working policy and you could be located anywhere within the UK.
A huge benefit to working with a large company is the investment in Technology to assist you in your day to day activities and the company have invested millions of pounds on new products including a bespoke database, salesforce and a one-touch system with approachability algorithms.
There will be 3 business areas in each specialist niche:
1. Recruitment
2. Recruit, Train and Deploy
3. Consultancy
With over 1,500 clients on their PSL, there will be very little new business development - your role will include liaising with national local offices and advising that all National ServiceNow roles will come through your division therefore most of the assignments for the team are obtained reactively (there are currently over 90 live roles in the team).
The current team of 10 are fairly inexperienced with high potential, therefore a hands-on billing Business Manager is required to help develop these individuals and shape/ grow the team.
We believe this role would be best suited to a Technology Recruitment Senior/ Managing Consultant with 3 years + experience with proven billings of £150K+ per annum.
The company has UK Headquarters and one of the lowest staff attrition rates in the world at just 6% - people enjoy their roles and have structured career progression to SBM, Director and MD.
