Who are we looking for?


We have a new opportunity for a Student Recruitment Manager (MENA) to join our ONCAMPUS Sales team, part of Cambridge Education Group.

The Student Recruitment Manager (MENA) has the responsibility of delivering set enrolment targets for ONCAMPUS centres through partner agencies, institutions, sponsors and other recruitment channels. The Student Recruitment Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a selected network of recruitment channels in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) regions.


The successful candidate will take a pro-active role in follow-up and conversion of ONCAMPUS students and will work closely with the wider sales and admissions team in achieving this goal.


We are primarily looking for candidates that have direct knowledge in the recruitment of international students in the Middle East and North Africa regions as this will be considered highly desirable.

The role is on a full-time, permanent basis. The location set in Cambridge, United Kingdom. with a Hybrid Working schedule (2 days in the office, 3 days working from home).

Key responsibilities you will have as part of this role:

  • Achieve new student recruitment and revenue targets for ONCAMPUS in line with revenue growth and ROI objectives.
  • Take a lead on follow-up activities to ensure high application to enrolment conversion rate, one of the key priorities for this role.
  • Work closely with the ONCAMPUS Marketing team to ensure that the sales tools to promote ONCAMPUS centres are available, impactful and effective for the region.
  • Collaborate with the wider Sales and Admissions teams to follow up enquiries and applications to convert and recruit new students.

Key experience & skills we will be looking for:

  • At least 1 years’ experience in Sales role (essential)
  • Experience in promoting Higher Education (desirable)
  • Working experience in the Higher Education (desirable)
  • Fluent in English (other languages also desirable)
  • Fluency in Arabic is desirable given the region that will be covered.
  • Proactive approach to problem solving (essential)
  • Excellent people management skills (essential)
