Job description

We are looking for a Technical Recruiter who will primarily be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening and selection) within the given timeline. He/she will also be involved in the development and implementation of recruitment initiatives and strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Source and screen applications (review and endorse applications);
  • Post job openings on various job search websites;
  • Arrange schedule for exams and interviews;
  • Administer exams and conduct interviews to qualified candidates;
  • Participate in recruitment events such as job fairs, campus meetings;
  • Conduct company talks;
  • Keep the documentation of the recruitment process up to date;
  • File applicant documents;
  • Maintain and build relationships with recruitment partners, career placement offices and target student organizations in local colleges and universities;
  • Prepare weekly recruitment reports;
  • Perform reference and background checks for candidates for employment;
  • Come up with marketing strategies to source and attract candidates;
  • Perform other recruitment, HR, and admin related tasks

Qualifications:

  • A graduate of Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent
  • 2-5 years of recruiting experience in a fast paced corporate, agency, or executive search firm
  • Highly organized, resourceful and flexible
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Effective communication skills both written and oral
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency
  • Can work efficiently under pressure and with minimum supervision
  • Ability to learn quickly, and follow processes and procedures
  • Can be trusted to maintain confidentiality of candidate information
  • Willing to travel to areas outside of Metro Manila to participate in recruitment activities

Hiring Condition: Successful completion of background checking will be required as a condition of hire.
