Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM Consultant (m/w)

Ihr Tätigkeitsumfeld:

  • Unterstützung bei der Betreuung von Microsoft Dynamics CE (CRM)-Projekten.
  • Unterstützung des Vertriebs in der Presales-Phase
  • Untersuchung, Ausarbeitung und Lösung von Problemen und deren Umsetzung.
  • Zusammenarbeit mit externen Dienstleistern im Unternehmen bei den täglichen Aufgabenstellungen.
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Kollegen und Fachabteilungen, Berichterstattung an den Teamleiter.
  • Einarbeitung, Support und Beratung der Mitarbeiter/Anwender

Sie verfügen über folgende Kenntnisse:

  • Ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes (Wirtschafts-)Informatikstudium oder eine äquivalente Berufsausbildung bzw. -erfahrung
  • Selbständiges und eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten
  • Tiefe Kenntnisse in der MS Dynamics 365 Produktfamilie
  • Teamgeist und Engagement
  • Freude an der Kommunikation in Deutsch
  • Reisebereitschaft 2-3 Tage pro Woche
