The Offer

• Assist the customers by the telephone, emails and chat
• Offer technical assistance on medias support such as TV, computer, and smartphone.
• Provide assistance on available contents and on the next releases
• Show yourself always available to understand and ask clear questions to help the customer.
• Identify, study, and propose the best solution to help the customer
• Provide good customer service, making sure the customer is always happy once the interaction is finished.
• Gather all relevant information into the system and always make sure you deliver a high level of service.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills in Italian and intermediate level in English
• Experience in customer service is a plus
• Genuine caregiver with a problem solver mind.
• Able to multitask, proactive and good with time management
• Comfortable with phone calls, email writing and social media
