We are just starting our architectural planning to bring our applications together into one platform that will be a hybrid multi-tenant cloud and single-tenant on-premises application. We provide critical system software that companies use to manage their endpoints – from individual laptops to systems used in 24/7 manufacturing environments. Our solutions ensure that endpoints are secure and compliant, which reduces end-user issues and improves reliability.

Recast Software’s headquarters are in Minneapolis, MN with offices in Utrecht, Netherlands and Jyväskylä, Finland. 

Key Role Responsibilities:
  • Work with an agile team to develop, test, and maintain enterprise applications that help SysAdmins do their job better.
  • Work well with team members and people throughout the company. Even better if you enjoy working with customers.
  • Assist in supporting application packaging and deployment protocols for releases
  • Analyze and resolve environmental, application, and performance problems
  • Work with customer success to troubleshoot issues, identify improvements, and resolve bugs
  • Help with all parts of the SDLC, coding, testing, deployment, troubleshooting, documentation.

  • Minimum Requirements:
  • Experience with C#, .NET Framework, .NET 5+, and Entity Framework
  • Experience writing applications with real-time, bi-directional communication (websockets, etc.)
  • Experience writing unit tests
  • Proficient in code versioning tools, such as Git
  • Able to work on assigned projects and communicate progress effectively with stakeholders and your team.
  • Able to work effectively with a team to achieve a single goal. 

  • Preferred Knowledge and Skills:
  • 3+ years of application development experience
  • Familiarity with ASP.NET Core, WPF, Blazor, SignalR, Entity Framework, Microsoft Graph API
  • Experience creating and delivering desktop and web solutions
  • Experience with endpoint management (like Intune, ConfigMgr etc.)
  • Familiarity with building robust SaaS solutions using cloud technologies
