POSITION SUMMARY

Planet Technology is seeking Healthcare IT Sales professionals to join us in expanding our Healthcare Information Technology staffing practice on a national scale.

The ideal candidate will have a solid history of establishing and developing partnerships with hospital systems/networks, an accomplished sales leader with a proven record of consistent achievement and account retention.

Primary responsibilities:

  • Sell Planet Technology as a HCIT consulting business partner to prospective hospital systems/networks through multiple resources – including multimedia marketing campaigns, virtual or in-person client meetings, referrals, social media, etc.

  • Establish and develop business relationships with current and prospective company clients, manage fee negotiations and contracts, conversion rates and bill rates

  • Leverage sales tools to develop comprehensive account strategies to win new business from new and existing accounts

  • Communicate new job openings, closings, and feedback from the client to ensure strong candidate matches and line up interviews in a timely manner

  • Work with other Planet Group sales teams to upsell all Planet Group Staffing and Consulting services

  • Uncover immediate needs in our target market through leads and follow-ups, executing internal and external initiatives to drive profitable growth

  • Create and participate in sales meetings and presentations

  • Identify and attend key conferences and trade shows to increase company visibility and business opportunities

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree

  • 5+ years of Healthcare IT staffing experience

  • Detailed understanding of full EMR/EHR lifecycle

  • Proven team builder and team player who can focus and continuously reinforce efforts to meet goals

  • Ability to develop strong customer relationships and negotiation skills

  • Ability to problem solve and make decisions quickly and effectively

  • Excellent listening and communication skills

  • Exceptional time management skills

  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with peers and Recruiting Team to develop a cohesive environment

  • Base Salary Range: $75,000-$110,000k

*The base salary rate will be commensurate with experience level and past success. A competitive commission structure based on weekly spread is also provided.
