We are seeking a highly personable Associate Sales Representative who is comfortable interacting with a range of professionals including surgeons, OR staff and other appropriate hospital personnel to assist our sales executives in all aspects of customer engagement relating to the sale and use of Lexington surgical devices.

Our ideal candidate will be a self-starter and relationship builder who strategically approaches each customer engagement with a thorough understanding of the customer’s needs and our product attributes. They will thrive in establishing, building, and nurturing customer relations through constant communications and in-person.

Responsibilities:
  • Meet and exceed sales objectives for the territory.
  • Build and cultivate excellent rapport with stakeholders including hospitals, surgical centers, physicians, and surgical personnel to maintain longstanding relationships.
  • Effectively collaborate with peers to identify mutual opportunities and support customer relationships.
  • Be a resource to the surgical team, providing guidance and insight on the product and technical assistance regarding any product related questions.
  • Assess customer feedback for new products or modifications to existing products and report back to R&D, Operations and Marketing.

  • Experience:
  • 4- year college degree
  • 2+ years of B2B/B2C sales
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to interact effectively with a wide range of people both within and outside of the company.
  • Exceptional organizational skills to handle a high volume of detailed work and the ability to multitask.
  • Demonstrate commitment to providing the highest level of customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to meet vendor credentialing requirements.
  • Travel will be 50-70% of time.
