Job Description

As a Sales Associate at Saleh Deco, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and assisting customers in selecting the perfect lighting and home décor products for their needs.

Main Tasks:

  • Greeting customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
  • Understanding customer requirements and guiding them through our extensive product selection
  • Demonstrating product features and functionality to help customers make informed purchasing decisions
  • Maintaining detailed product knowledge to answer customer questions and provide recommendations
  • Assisting with merchandising and maintaining the showroom's visual appeal
  • Processing sales transactions and handling customer payments
  • Providing post-sales support and addressing any customer concerns or issues
  • Seeking out new potential projects and interior designers

Requirements:

  • University degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail or customer-facing sales role
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with customers
  • Excellent product knowledge or the willingness to learn about our lighting and home décor offerings
