Job description

  • Business Development: Identify and engage potential clients, including healthcare provider organizations, hospitals, and healthcare facilities, to promote 314e's software and services.
  • Network Utilization: Leverage existing healthcare industry connections and build new relationships to expand the company's client base and opportunities.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and growth objectives.
  • Product Knowledge: Gain a thorough understanding of 314e's software and services to effectively communicate their value propositions to clients.
  • Multichannel Outreach: Implement a multichannel approach to sales, including email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, phone calls, and other appropriate methods to engage potential customers.
  • Customer Education: Provide clients with information and insights on 314e's solutions, demonstrating how they can enhance healthcare operations and outcomes.
  • Conference and Event Participation: Represent 314e at industry conferences, trade shows, and events to showcase our products and establish connections with potential clients.
  • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, prospect interactions, and progress within the CRM system.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Healthcare Management, or Sales).
  • Experience: 5-10 years of proven experience in healthcare sales, ideally in healthcare software sales to hospitals and health systems, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Healthcare Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the U.S. healthcare industry, including its challenges, trends, and regulations.
  • Network: A well-established network of contacts within the healthcare sector is highly advantageous.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Sales Skills: Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills, as well as the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and adapt to changing market conditions.
  • Travel: Willingness and ability to travel to attend conferences and client meetings as required.
