Vous aimerez accompagner l’entreprise en
participant à l’émulsion du réseau.

Rattaché(e) hiérarchiquement à la
Directrice Générale IXINA, vous assurez les missions suivantes :

  • Manager et
    organiser l’activité du Secrétariat Général,
  • Manager l’équipe
    du Bureau d’études Ixina France
  • Piloter et
    accompagner le développement du réseau
  • Assurer la
    gestion financière et administrative des points de vente
  • Assister
    les franchisés en difficultés financières
  • Suivre les
    cessions de magasins
  • Garantir
    la bonne coordination, planification des étapes d’ouverture de magasins
  • Assurer
    des travaux de reporting, financiers, et analyses budgétaires
  • Participer aux différents projets
    lancés par le groupe ou initiés en interne.
  • Formation supérieure en Compta- Finance-Gestion
  • Expérience de 5 à 10 ans dans une fonction d’audit - contrôle de gestion
  • Expérience idéalement développée dans la distribution spécialisée en franchise
  • Personnalité orientée résultat, sens du service au réseau, curiosité, esprit d’analyse, réactivité, persévérance, force de proposition, disponibilité, diplomatie, force de conviction, résistance au stress sont les qualités recherchées
