Job description

Squadio is a Global Remote-first IT service provider headquartered in Riyadh KSA with Delivery Centers in Egypt and KSA. Our distributed teams are located in Tunisia, Egypt, KSA, Palestine, Nigeria & India. We were founded in 2011 in Riyadh, KSA, as an app development company (previously Ibtikar technologies) successfully pivoted our model to support the growing need of startups and companies seeking to hire and manage their own engineering team remotely with engineers vetted by Squadio’s talent community.

As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be at the forefront of our digital presence and play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our SAAS solutions in the B2B market. You will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies that elevate our brand, engage our target audience, and generate leads. Your expertise in SAAS applications and B2B marketing will be critical to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategy Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with business goals and target B2B audiences effectively.

2. Content Marketing: Develop and oversee content marketing initiatives, including blog posts, whitepapers, webinars, and case studies, highlighting the value of our SAAS solutions for B2B clients.

3. SEO & SEM: Optimize website content and manage paid advertising campaigns to improve search engine rankings and drive targeted traffic to our site.

4. Social Media Management: Create, curate, and manage content across social media platforms to enhance brand awareness, engage with the B2B community, and foster thought leadership.

5. Email Marketing: Implement email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, onboard customers, and drive product adoption among SAAS users.

6. Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics, providing actionable insights to refine strategies and achieve KPIs.

7. Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies within the SAAS and B2B sectors.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

- Proven experience in digital marketing, specifically within SAAS applications and B2B startups.

- Strong understanding of B2B marketing strategies, lead generation, and customer acquisition.

- Proficiency in SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media platforms.

- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
