Write clear, concise, and engaging educational content and understand storyboarding techniques
Collaborate with content designers, product managers, and other team members to understand technical details and translate them into clear, concise content.
Ensure all documents are accurate, up-to-date, and accessible to users.
Maintain consistency and quality across all technical documents in terms of style, tone, and format.
Review and revise existing documentation to align with current product updates.
Create visuals, diagrams, and charts to support written content when necessary.
Conduct usability testing on documentation to ensure clarity and usefulness for the intended audience.

Requirements
